2025 Swim Lesson Reservation Info

• All swim lesson reservations must be made online via our website.
  Our website may be accessed via computer or mobile device.
  

• Access opens at 10a on April 1.
  Click the ‘Book Now’ button to begin, then select Child or Adult.
  

• Up to 3 weeks may be purchased.
  

• Reservations are taken in order, first come, first served.
  

• When all spots are sold, the waiting list will be activated.
  

• A Neptune staff member will contact you, IN THAT SAME ORDER, to schedule your preferred date(s) and time(s). Please be prepared to take our call beginning April 2.
  

• Immediate refunds will be issued if your preferred date(s) and/or time(s) are not available.

Reservations will NOT be taken via phone call, text, email, social media, or in person.
